Consistently good quality
This was my third time ordering from Indus Valley Organic. I picked up the Organic Henna Powder and also tried their new Growout Hair Oil this time. As usual, the henna worked great, same consistent quality I've come to expect. The hair oil seems promising so far, not too heavy. Delivery was quicker than my first order a few months back, which was a nice improvement. It's why I keep coming back, can trust what I'm getting.
Good product, slow shipping
I ordered the Bio Organic Face Pack and some Rose Water. The products themselves were nice, felt good on my skin. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about my order status. Overall, a decent experience, but faster delivery would be better.
Gel color worked well
I decided to try their Gel Hair Color after hearing good things about chemical-free options. I picked a dark brown shade. The application was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough. My hair felt soft afterwards, not dry like with some other dyes. I've washed my hair a few times now, and the color is holding up well, no major fading yet. I was a bit worried about the color accuracy from the website, but it turned out pretty close to what I expected. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived intact. My only minor issue was that the bottle felt a bit small for my long hair, had to use most of it, but the results were good.
